What cookies are

Third-party services
Google reCAPTCHA
On the contact page, and only after you have accepted the “Functionality” category, the site loads Google reCAPTCHA v3 to tell people from automated programs. The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) and by Google LLC (USA). reCAPTCHA collects technical data about the device and its use (such as the IP address, browser data and interactions with the page) and may set the _GRECAPTCHA cookie. The data may be transferred to the United States; Google relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses and on the EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework. If you refuse the “Functionality” category, reCAPTCHA is not loaded and the contact form cannot be sent: in that case you can write to us by email.
Google Analytics
The site may use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, only after your consent in the cookie banner. Google Analytics sets cookies that collect information on how the site is used (such as device data and the IP address) and may transfer it to the United States under the safeguards described above.
